Behold me not as the little girl
That I once used to be
But as the woman I have become
Whence life's counsel has wisened me
Behold not the childish face
That betrays a shred of innocence
But the woman's eyes that are alight
With worldly intelligence
Behold not the the child i was
Nor my adolescent years
But the sum of all that my life has been
With my triumphs and my fears
